Application & Enrollment Process
We love visitors. However, to keep our students safe and respect the time of our staff, we ask potential families to complete the following admissions steps before “dropping in.”
St. James School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and financial aid programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
step two
After we get to know you and your student(s), we will set up a time for you to tour the school to meet our staff and students.
step three
Complete the online enrollment checklist/packet and financial information in FACTS.
A $100 deposit is due at the time of enrollment contract. The deposit will be applied to first tuition payment.
We are now a Wisconsin Parental Choice school!
What is the Wisconsin Parent School Choice Program, PSCP (School Choice)?
St. James School is now a part of the School Choice program. This program allows private schools to accept state aid on behalf of students' parents (meaning, the state pays for your child to attend a private school).

Eligibility is based on where the family lives, income level, and what school the child attended the previous school year.
When do I apply?
The application period is between Feb. 1-April 17th.
Is my child guaranteed a spot if I apply?
No, it is a lottery system and is based on how many School Choice spots a school has available.

Will there help available for the application?
